7. ant. or middle cranial fossa fx. 시는 CSF fistula나 pneumocephalus가 생기고
치료는 operative closure
8. CSF leakage가 수상후 수년간 지속될수 있고 seizure 나 spontaneous meningitis가 동반가능

1. maxilla의 frontal process에 medial canthal lig.가 붙는다
2. medial orbital rim이나 canthal attachment가 dislocation되면 telecanthus가 생김
3. NEO fx.시 종종 LeFort나 frontocranial fx.가 동반된다
4. Sx. & sign.
∙ nasal bleeding, depressed comminuted nasal fx. shortened nose
∙ maxillary frontal process에 pain과 tenderness
∙ medial canthal ligament부위의 bone crepitation, bilateral eyelid hematoma
5. NEO fx.시 가장 믿을만한 sign은 medial canthal lig.부위를 손가락으로 누를 때 crepitus 있는 것
